Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, company name and event details. Talent-network applications may include your professional profile, experience, preferences, links and an optional PDF CV. Vendor registrations may include business contact details, service categories, operating geography, capability information and a PDF company profile. We do not request bank details or collect payment information through these forms.

How we use your information

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, prepare proposals, communicate about your event and maintain necessary business records. Talent-network information is used to consider you for relevant future opportunities. Vendor-registration information is used to assess potential capability against future production requirements; registration does not guarantee onboarding or work. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Form delivery and uploaded documents

Form submissions and permitted PDF attachments are delivered to Upshot Concept through our email-delivery provider. Uploaded CVs and company profiles are not placed in the website's public files or published on the site. Hosting and delivery providers process the submission only as needed to operate the form and deliver the email.

Human-check and abuse prevention

Forms use a first-party arithmetic human check, a hidden honeypot, minimum completion timing and rate limiting. The signed challenge contains the question inputs, form identifier, creation time and a random nonce so the server can verify the answer. It does not use an external CAPTCHA provider. Limited, anonymised request information and result categories may be logged to protect the forms; form messages, CV contents and the challenge secret are not logged.

Website measurement

This website supports privacy-conscious, environment-controlled analytics, but tracking remains inactive unless an approved analytics identifier is configured. If measurement is activated, this policy and any consent controls will be reviewed before data collection begins.

Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain necessary business records. Talent-network and vendor-registration material is retained only while it may remain relevant to future opportunities or production requirements, subject to applicable operational and record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of information you submitted by contacting us.
